Mmmm, I love nut milks! I haven’t tried cashew nut milk yet, but I probably will soon. These recipes always call for a nut milk, but forget trying to find one of those. Head to your local hardware store and find a paint strainer bag instead. I bought a pack of three for about $2 and they work perfectly.


Turn Any Blender into a Magic Bullet with a Mason Jar

This is such a great idea! I own a bullet blender and one of the coolest things about it is that you can blend right into a drinking cup. If I would’ve known that I could simply attach a mason jar to my blender blade cap, I wouldn’t have spend the unnecessary money. At least you know now though 😉

From 13% bodyfat to 9% on a low carb diet? Wow! Amazing results. I can’t eat the exact meal plan mentioned on this page, but I can do most of it. I’d really like to try something similar.

Hmm, after reading this and looking at my own breathing patterns, I think I’m breathing correctly, but there are times in the day where I take breaks and just focus on my breathing and I now realize that when I do that, I hollow my abdomen instead of expanding.


Glutes Gone Wild

Here’s a great one from T Nation. The glutes are an extremely important muscle to workout, so consider adding some of these to your routine. I think the star exercise of this article is the hip thrust, which I’ve mentioned before and plan to include in my routine as soon as I get a chance to update my weight training tracking worksheets.
